Linfen Zhiqiang Steel Co., Ltd. was firstly established in 2002,which is located in Linfen, Shanxi province. By now it has developed to be a steel complex focusing on ironmaking, steelmaking, casting, rolling and electricity generating.
Zhiqiang foundry yearly produces about 250,000 tons precise castings ,and is the project mainly supported by government for energy conservation and economic transformation. Zhiqiang foundry adopt advanced technique process such as Lost Foam Casting, Resin Sand Casting,V-Process and iron mold coated sand casting.
Our plant uses existing two blast furnaces to pour the hot metal directly into intermediate frequency furnaces, realizing Direct Production of Iron Castings from Molten Iron. (505 and 382 cubic meters respectively) This process helps to shorten production chain, decrease cost and reduce energy consumption as well as pollution.
Meanwhile, abundant iron resources in Linfen provide an effective guarantee for raw materials.
At present, the co***ny has developed more than 70 kinds of products, including clump weight, gearbox, chassis transmission parts, flywheel etc.
